The Latona Pub is located in Seattle’s Greenlake neighborhood, a short walk from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station. Our iconic pub has been the scene of many craft beer collaborations and special releases since 1987. The Latona food is renowned with a seasonal menu sourced with ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.
Eat
Our kitchen, led by Chef Ramsel Castro, focuses on an all-scratch menu, partnering up with local purveyors and farms to procure only the best and freshest ingredients possible. While we have our staples, like the Latona Burger, cheesy fried potatoes, and our Sorry It’s Not a Caesar, we change our menu seasonally and often so there’s always something new to try.
Drink
The Latona Pub has been supporting local, independent craft beer since we opened our doors in 1987. Our beers are kept cold and poured through short lines that are maintained and cleaned regularly. Through our friendships and relationships in the craft beer community, GM Matt Carter does his best to provide a tap list that is both approachable and exciting. We also feature a full bar with a regularly updated seasonal cocktail list curated by our bar manager, Noëlle Rustad, who makes as much of our cocktail ingredients in house as possible.
Events
Since 1987, we have introduced many new breweries to the local community. The Latona has also been the venue for performances by some of the best musicians in Seattle. We host many events which showcase our Food, Drink and Northwest musicians. Visit our Event Calendar to plan your next visit to the Latona!
